RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to The Tote House. By placing a reservation, you agree to the following rental terms.

1. RENTAL PERIOD

Your rental begins and ends on the dates confirmed in your reservation. Rental extensions are subject to availability and must be approved by The Tote House.

2. DELIVERY & COLLECTION

We offer delivery and collection within our designated service areas. Customer pickup is not available. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe, reasonable access to the property during scheduled delivery and collection.

3. EQUIPMENT CARE

Our reusable moving totes are delivered clean and ready to pack. Please use them for ordinary household or office moving purposes. Do not use totes to transport hazardous materials, chemicals or substances that may permanently damage the equipment.

4. LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

Normal wear and tear is expected. Customers are responsible for missing equipment and damage beyond normal wear and tear, subject to applicable law. Applicable replacement or damage charges will be disclosed before booking.

5. RETURNING YOUR TOTES

All totes must be emptied and ready for collection at the agreed time and location. Please remove personal belongings and ensure our delivery team can safely access the equipment.

6. RENTAL EXTENSIONS & LATE RETURNS

If you need additional time, contact us before your scheduled collection date. Extensions depend on availability and may incur additional rental charges disclosed before you agree to the extension.

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our published Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

Requests to change delivery dates, collection dates or rental quantities are subject to availability and confirmation by The Tote House.
